FF360 Panel is a versatile Australian-made composite panel with excellent strength to weight properties that is rot-free and a very light-weight timber replacement. It is constructed using a closed-cell composite core sandwiched between two multi-dimensional laminate exceeding a total of 2000g consolidated under vacuum, creating an impressive load bearing structural panel that will not absorb water and is corrosion free.

Suitable for many applications: Flooring / cast deck replacements, Eskies, Canopies, Wall Coverings, Caravan & RV fit out / flooring / repairs, Cabinetry and other Fabrication in the Marine, Engineering, Construction, Transport and Commercial industries.

What Finish Options Available:

Raw / Raw comes with a removable nylon film, allowing minimal preparation required to laminate against and compatible with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins and adhesives. (The Raw side is not UV Stable) Suitable for carpet to be adhered straight to.

- Tex / Raw comes with a durable UV Resistant Gelcoat textured finish on one side that is ready to use, with easy maintenance and cleaning. Standard Tex Colours: White or Light Grey. Suitable for EVA sheets to adhered straight to.

- Smooth / Raw is an additional option that is made to order, please send through specs required for a quote. *Like all gloss composite panels, a mild print-through is seen on these panels.

- Like all sandwich panels, all edges have the core centre exposed but it doesn't absorb water and won't rot. These edges can be finished with paint or flowcoat to finish off once cut/exposed for cosmetics and to reduce the itch.

What thickness is suitable for my application? (See TDS for more specific deflection test results)

- 5mm is great for fit out options, wall coverings, non-weightbearing canopies etc, with the Raw/Raw weighing 12.4kg (Tex 14.4kg)

- 8mm is for more structural fit out and can handle unsupported span up to 250mm wide. Raw/Raw weighing also 12.4kg (Tex 14.4kg)

- 12mm recommended for unsupported spans up to 450mm for load bearing, and is Raw/Raw is only 12.9kg (Tex 14.9kg)

- 15mm recommended for over 450mm unsupported spans up to 600mm for load bearing. The Raw/Raw is only 13.5kg (Tex 15.5kg)

20mm is ideal for unsupported spans 600mm and above for load bearing, with the Raw/Raw only weighing 14kg (Tex 16kg), which is very light comparatively to other substrate options this thickness.

 

NOTE: - At peak times, not all options will be available for immediate pickup due to stock limits, but will be allocated to you and you will be advised once available for collection / dispatch.

We predominately cater to local pickup for customers in Townsville, QLD. However we are happy to ship our products Australia-wide where possible.

Shipping costs are NOT calculated at the checkout. If you require shipping please select the Shipping option and we will contact you with a quote. Upon acceptance of the quote, Fibrefinish will issue the shipping costs in a separate invoice.

Unfortunately due to the sheer size of some products, their hazardous nature, or if a destination is too remote - we reserve the right to cancel an order that we are unable to ship.

A refund will be granted for orders that cannot be fulfilled due to this.
