Get Creative for Mother's Day gifts this year & make your own Resin Art Cheeseboard for Mum. This hands-on beginners Resin Art Workshop will be a great place to start to learn all the tips and tricks.
This approx 3 hour workshop will cover our range of resins and coloured pigments available for resin artwork. Our instructor will demonstrate and advise you on techniques while you create your own unique Cheeseboard approx 250mm x 400mm to take home. This workshop is designed for beginners who want to have a go, and minimum age is 14y.o. with a supervising adult.
What you will learn:
- What resin and coloured pigments are available to be used in resin art.
- How to work with resin and skills to create your own artworks at home.
What you will get
- To create one resin art cheeseboard to keep.
- Everything you need to complete this piece will be provided, including PPE.
- Discounted materials purchased on the day.
What to wear
- Wear old clothes that can get messy and closed in shoes.
**We follow all manufacturer's recommendations when it comes to saftey precautions when using resin, as per the SDS.
The FibreFinish team will provide safety information and PPE relevant to each individual class and by attending and participating you acknowledge the risks and that you have/will receive all necessary safety information.
PPE is provided by FibreFinish in all of our Resin Art classes, this includes a P2 facemask, gloves and a plastic apron (latex free gloves available upon request) as recommended by the manufacturer. We also recommend enclosed shoes and clothing that you don’t mind working in as Epoxy Resin and the pigments used do not wash out of fabric

Please note: The resin used in this workshop requires 24 hours to fully cure, so you will need to return later that week to collect your masterpiece.
Spots are limited so ensure you purchase your ticket to secure your spot.
We predominately cater to local pickup for customers in Townsville, QLD. However we are happy to ship our products Australia-wide where possible.
Shipping costs are NOT calculated at the checkout. If you require shipping please select the Shipping option and we will contact you with a quote. Upon acceptance of the quote, Fibrefinish will issue the shipping costs in a separate invoice.
Unfortunately due to the sheer size of some products, their hazardous nature, or if a destination is too remote - we reserve the right to cancel an order that we are unable to ship.
A refund will be granted for orders that cannot be fulfilled due to this.
